I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Went to showroom to look at gas stoves that look realistically like a log burner. Graham was quick to help and give advice (I couldn’t decide on the one I wanted!) Ordering and fitting went very smoothly and I am delighted with the result. It looks fabulous. Can’t recommend this company more highly.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Centreline Fires recently fitted our new wood burner, and we couldn't be more pleased. Although we initially waited longer than intended, was well worth the wait. The sales team in the office were superb, and kept us updated throughout. The installation engineers were very professional, courteous and we had a service with a smile. Very satisfied customers......thanks team :) Would highly recommended. PS - the stains on the carpet were previously there.

Brilliant service from start to finish. The sales person was extremely informative. The fitters were extremely professional and friendly, explaining in detail how to use our new multi fuel stove. I would highly recommend Centreline Fires to anyone who is considering purchasing a multi fuel stove.
