Fire fitters arrived on time, sheeted up and moved some furniture. Set about their work quickly, efficiently and politely. When an issue arose re our chimney breast the problem was discussed and solution agreed. The instal was completed mid afternoon with a comprehensive handover and explanation of how to light, use and maintain the fire. The room was left clean and tidy with all waste removed from site. This is how trades should operate. The whole process, buying, fitting etc was comfortable with no pressure but professional throughout. Well done all concerned.The fire surround has not been plastered, we aren't sure how we want to finish it all off yet so was left at our request.

Amazing service from start to finish. Staff at the showroom (Kevin and Graeme) were extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged fitting within a week of ordering and the two fitters were fantastic. They were professional, tidy and their work was of the highest standard. The fire looks lovely, we are so pleased with it.

We had 2 great guys come yesterday to kit us out with a multi fuel fire and the both worked very hard and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the mess they made and were very informative on how it all worked. We are very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them for anyone wanting any new fires fitted. well done to all the team very quick and professional from the first phone call all the way through to being fitted. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Whilst this company was outside the radius they cover, I could not have been happier with the service I just received. So helpful, informative and transparent. I only wish they were closer. You just do not get personal service like this these days sadly. Thanks for your advice.

10/10 for service and fitting. We have just had an Portway Arundel XL with Grey Lime Stone surround and a tapestry hearth fitted. From start to finish the service has been exceptional from the sales staff and especially the fitters. This is a very friendly company that really listen to what you want and then fit it to a very high standard. On the day of fitting they arrived dead on time and they did not rush to finish the job. Care was taken throughout with no mess left behind. Thank you.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Just like to say a massive thank you to the staff in Centreline fires from the moment we walked through the show room doors to the fitting of our new stove all staff were friendly informative and attentive the guys who fitted it today we're amazing they left our home spotless and carried out the fit even in the teaming rain, can't recommend them enough just need to move the dog now!!!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
