Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend

Centreline Fires should be the first port of call for anyone wanting a stove installed. The Centreline Team expertly installed a fabulous stove in my home yesterday. The whole process was simple, efficient and very professional - from the advice (and humour) of Graham in the showroom, to the expert installation by Mike & James who did everything from clearing and preparing the existing fireplace, installing the flue and chimney pot, re-plastering the chimney breast and even cleaning up and removing all of the rubbish afterwards - all in just a few hours and without any fuss or drama! Absolute 5* experience with Centreline Fires and would not hesitate to recommend. We travelled from Wigan to Centreline after visiting many showrooms close to home were too pushy for sales, they didn't even come close to our experience with Centreline. Kev is really knowledgeable and no hard/pushy sales! He actually recommended we didn't spend more on a higher range fire (and he could have said nothing and made more money out of us but he gave his honest opinions and they were taken into account). From the minute we stepped foot through the door we were in safe hands. From ordered to fitting was less than 3 weeks! Incredibly impressed. The fitters who came out on the day were equally as fab, covered all furniture and left the job clean and tidy! (They literally didn't stop and didn't even take a break to get the job done!) In the process of having an extension and will definitely be returning to Centreline for another fire in several month times! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you

I had my stove installed yesterday. The fitting team ( Mike and Nige) were excellent. They both worked exceptionally hard, showed respect for the property, and cleared away all the site rubbish. They were polite and informative about using the stove and are both a real credit to the centreline team. From the start, Chris promised me a stress and seamless process, and wow, have the team at centreline delivered. No pressure selling, just honest advice and a bit of direction whilst visiting the showroom on all the options suitable to me. I would recommend Centreline without hesitation and will definitely be a return customer with any future projects. Thankyou centreline.

Excellent service from start to finish. We visited Centreline Fires to look at replacing our gas fire with an electric one, after having a number of issues with our gas fire which was previously bought and installed from another fireplace store. The service we received from both the staff in the store and the fitters was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the finish.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
