What a five star company! Keith and Charlie were amazing from start to finish. They were polite, respectful and really friendly. They ensured everything was done with minimal disruption and mess. Our job proved rather complicated with some unforeseen surprises in the chimney stack. Keith came up with plan b and saved the day! Nothing was to much and nothing was a problem. The stove and surround is amazing! It fits perfectly in our farmhouse kitchen and will be enjoyed for many years to come. Keith talked me through all The paper work, demonstrated how the stove worked and all the safety measures. The company also provided us with a carbon monoxide monitor which I thought was a great extra. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and they have been a delight to deal with from start to finish. A big thank you to Chris who looked after us in the showroom.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Centreline Fires recently fitted our new wood burner, and we couldn't be more pleased. Although we initially waited longer than intended, was well worth the wait. The sales team in the office were superb, and kept us updated throughout. The installation engineers were very professional, courteous and we had a service with a smile.
