I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Can't reccomend this company enough from the initial visit to the showroom to kev advising on the home visit. The showroom is fab the fires are the best around and the displays are great. I've not seen better anywhere... James and Mike arrived and literally never stopped all day building the media wall there work is fantastic using all the best materials I'm so impressed.. Steve arrived to plaster another worker who literally didn't stop working the finish on the wall is excellent.. Alan and Ben are the electricians nothing to much trouble for them 2 great workers again even coming back to change the TV bracket we bought the wrong one.. Not leaving till everythink was spot on..highly recommended them.. Not one of them left a mess everyone covered up everythink and cleaned up after the work was completed.. Honestly can't reccomend this company enough if anyone's thinking of a new fire or media wall you won't be disappointed..

Centreline have fitted 2 fires for us in our new house. The service from start to finish from Graham in the office to all of the fitting teams has been faultless. We’re thrilled with the finished products too and couldn’t recommend Centreline highly enough.

Absolute 5* experience with Centreline Fires and would not hesitate to recommend. We travelled from Wigan to Centreline after visiting many showrooms close to home were too pushy for sales, they didn't even come close to our experience with Centreline. Kev is really knowledgeable and no hard/pushy sales! He actually recommended we didn't spend more on a higher range fire (and he could have said nothing and made more money out of us but he gave his honest opinions and they were taken into account). From the minute we stepped foot through the door we were in safe hands. From ordered to fitting was less than 3 weeks! Incredibly impressed. The fitters who came out on the day were equally as fab, covered all furniture and left the job clean and tidy! (They literally didn't stop and didn't even take a break to get the job done!) In the process of having an extension and will definitely be returning to Centreline for another fire in several month times! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. From start to finish this company has been absolutely fantastic, spoke to Chris on the phone he advised we go to the show room and have a look round and choose what we want, we turned up the next day where we were met by the wonderful Graham, Nothing was too much trouble I had him demented with 101 questions and he was happy to answer them all! He sorted everything on that first visit and within 2 weeks the fitters came. They arrived at 9am and it was all done by 4 pm and they never left a spec of dust behind. My fire looks amazing it has completely transformed my living room and I will recommend this company everytime. Thanks so much I love it
