Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. So pleased that I went with centreline. Visited the showroom, spoke with Chris who went through all the options of having a multi burner, was really well informed. The team were easy to deal with on the phone when making the order and booking the job. Answered all the follow up questions I had. The guys who came to fit the fire, did an outstanding job, professional, hard working, tidied up, explained fire care and function afterwards. Thank you both so much. They patched and plastered the chimney breast on completion. It’s basically ready to decorate. I am so pleased everything met my expectations. The pictures may not do the fire place justice but it looks stunning and sets off the room, am stoked. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you Centreline team.

Jamie and Adam removed a gas fire for me and fitted a log burner - so happy with how it looks! The job wasn't straightforward as I wanted to keep the original solid marble surround - the lads were so careful and despite it being difficult managed to remove and reattach it with no damage. Friendly guys and they even cleaned up all the mess at the end of the day and left everywhere spotless. I received a heat proof glove and box of logs to get me started which was a nice touch. I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Had a electric fire and fireplace fitted today Jamie and Adam did a fantastic job they were very professional cleaned up after themselves we are so so pleased with our new fireplace would definitely recommend centreline fires well done guys .

5* and more! From the time I first visited the showroom to the finished supply and fit, Centreline Fires were first class for customer advice, care and the final fitting. Kevin was very informative and patient whilst we decided which fire we would have (their showroom has such a fantastic selection). There was a small snag on the first fit when we realised that the existing liner needed replacing. Kevin and his team couldn’t do enough to assist, a liner was ordered and a second fit date arranged. Keith and James had the unenviable task of completing that fit today, it was not easy at all for them because of a concrete weight bearing joist blocking where the decorative pipe needed to go. They truly had the patience of a saint, and whilst trying to solve the problem, were constantly reassuring me that all would be good by the time they had finished. They did an amazing job and were a pleasure to have in our home. They took so much care over our carpets and furnishings and took all the boxes, old liner and bits of pipe with them when they left. They even put protective plates over our driveway for the cherry picker to sit on. They are a credit to the company. All the fitting checks and paperwork were handed to us, and they also register the work for you too. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Centreline Fires, and when our other fire gives up the ghost, we will definitely be returning. Thanks guys, we’re over the moon with our fire - we can chuck out our thermal underwear now!
