Big difference with the welcome from both Chris on the first visit and Graham on the second compared to the others we had visited. Very helpful and very good quote for the multi fuel stove with full installation. The 2 installers, Adam and Jamie were great. Very friendly and carried out an excellent professional installation. Didn’t stop all day except for the occasional brew, thanks all. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation process and highly recommend Centreline Fires to anyone.

After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too.
