The team were easy to deal with on the phone when making the order and booking the job. Answered all the follow up questions I had. The guys who came to fit the fire, did an outstanding job, professional, hard working, tidied up, explained fire care and function afterwards. Thank you both so much. They patched and plastered the chimney breast on completion. It’s basically ready to decorate. I am so pleased everything met my expectations. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. Verified Centreline Review Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
