We saw an offer on Instagram and requested more information, next day received a call and some helpful recommendations. Same day we looked at the options in the showroom and agreed an installation date just a few weeks after. Our old stove must have given everyone a headache but the installation team (Jamie and Adam) did a wonderful job and we even got some good advice on how to use the new stove in the best way. The two installers did work very efficient and left our place really tidy. Would highly recommend!!

The whole process was simple, efficient and very professional - from the advice (and humour) of Graham in the showroom, to the expert installation by Mike & James who did everything from clearing and preparing the existing fireplace, installing the flue and chimney pot, re-plastering the chimney breast and even cleaning up and removing all of the rubbish afterwards - all in just a few hours and without any fuss or drama! After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
