We have had our wood burner/media wall installed over the past 2 days, and we are absolutely over the moon! We couldn’t have asked for a better job. From start to finish Jamie and Adam the fitters were faultless! Hats off to the lads they cracked on hassle free! Very polite and easy to chat too. Any questions I asked they answered professionally. Then run me through the steps on how to heat cycle the fire at the end of the job. Well done to the pair of them! And Centreline for getting me booked in fast and easy as soon as they could.

Just had our 2 log burners fitted & completed today..excellent service from the showroom throughout..the fitters are true perfectionists..& work so hard..clean & tidy & a pleasure to have working in your house..absolutely made up & would highly recommend..

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Recently had a new multi-fuel log burner installed by Centreline Fires. I would highly recommend them. From the initial sales team in the showroom (no pressure & just over. £1000 cheaper than other Wirral based installer quotes) to the installation - Andy & his team and the plasterer Steve. Very neat job, no mess and all rubbish removed from site. Had an old 1980’s gas gobbler removed and the new stove installed. Punctual, smart and quick. Very, very pleased with this company and would use them again.

Just had a beautiful stove and chimney breast installed and we couldn't be happier. From our first visit to the showroom through to installation, we have been treated so well. We're particularly grateful to Graham for his advice which saved us at least £2000 and to Andy and the team for being so friendly, considerate (and tidy!) whilst working in our home. I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed.
