I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Jamie and Adam fitted our multi fuel stove perfectly. This was all done with expertise, they removed the old fireplace, repositioned the opening to make it central and replaced the old liner. I couldn't be more impressed with the work they have done. The lads were so polite and friendly always happy to answer my questions and provide expert guidance when needed. We went to Centerline Fires on recommendation from our friend who had a gas stove fitted, we were impressed with the work in her house and we are glad we chose this firm. If you are looking for a new fireplace give them a visit.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Purchased my fire over the phone after visiting the showroom and was delivered to Holywell N Wales same day. Not set the fire up as yet but will comment again when fitted. Very pleased with staff and very helpful

I am not one for writing reviews, but I feel I need to write one for this company, we went to their showroom in Wallasey to have a look at the media walls, we did not feel hassled at all, Graham helped us with all the information we needed we felt relaxed and were happy with the price, Graham sorted everything for us so we didn't have to worry about anything, he made it so easy for us, the guys who fitted the media wall and plastered it were great and very clean and respectful, I am very happy with the end result and I would defiantly recommend this company to anybody looking to get a media wall done, Ask for Graham his is great :)

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Andy and his team did a fantastic job with some minor adjustments and a small repair which was needed. He not only turned up on time, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Andy was the original fitter for my fireplace and made sure he was always contactable should the need arise which it did. Andy liased with Centreline to ensure the correct parts were ordered. There was no mess whatsoever. I am even more delighted with my fireplace than I was before and I can't wait for it to get cold. Thank you Andy and team !
