Had a gas stove and a log burner fitted by Centreline. Over the moon with the work carried out great job at a fair price. Completely cleaned after themselves too. Would definitely recommend �

10/10 for service and fitting. We have just had an Portway Arundel XL with Grey Lime Stone surround and a tapestry hearth fitted. From start to finish the service has been exceptional from the sales staff and especially the fitters. This is a very friendly company that really listen to what you want and then fit it to a very high standard. On the day of fitting they arrived dead on time and they did not rush to finish the job. Care was taken throughout with no mess left behind. Thank you.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I purchased two fires and a beautiful surround. I couldn’t be happier. The quality is amazing. Graham is extremely knowledgeable and helpful he fully understood what I was looking for and what I wanted to achieve. The service from start to finish was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Exceptional..from showroom visit to fitting. The fitters, Andy and Lewis, were an absolute joy and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. Their workmanship was performed smoothly and perfectly. They respected my property as though it was their own. I would give a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Purchased my fire over the phone after visiting the showroom and was delivered to Holywell N Wales same day. Not set the fire up as yet but will comment again when fitted. Very pleased with staff and very helpful

Amazing service from start to finish. Staff at the showroom (Kevin and Graeme) were extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged fitting within a week of ordering and the two fitters were fantastic. They were professional, tidy and their work was of the highest standard. The fire looks lovely, we are so pleased with it.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. We just had our multi fuel stove fitted by Centraline Fires. The sales team in the shop where helpful and not at all pushy, we choose our fire with ease. The lads who came out to fit it where very pleasant, respectful and tidy. I was shown how to use the fire and they made sure I was happy before leaving. We absolutely love it and can't wait to finish the room off. I would recommend Centraline Fires to anyone.
