Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

Andy and his team did a fantastic job with some minor adjustments and a small repair which was needed. He not only turned up on time, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Andy was the original fitter for my fireplace and made sure he was always contactable should the need arise which it did. Andy liased with Centreline to ensure the correct parts were ordered. There was no mess whatsoever. I am even more delighted with my fireplace than I was before and I can't wait for it to get cold. Thank you Andy and team !

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. What an outstanding experience we have had start to finish. Walked into the showroom in Wallasey to be greeted by Sylvia who treated my wife and I like royalty. She helped us pick out the perfect package. Jamie and Adam did our installation and what a fantastic job they did. We are delighted with our new fireplace.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Centreline fires An outstanding service from such a professional company. From entering the store where we met by Sylvia whose knowledge on fires, stoves, fireplaces and media walls were second to none Sylvia made us feel at ease and helped us make our decisions on what we were looking for. There was also Graham the top salesman who was there to help advise us on what was best with our package and make changes that were necessary which was invaluable. When it came to the day for installation the team arrived well equipped and all I can say was that their service was well received. The installation took all of a day with all rubble removed and taken away and an indent made for our tv to hang above the fire and then the plasterer did his work and they even thoroughly explained how to setup the fire and how to look after the fireplace they were all such a lovely bunch of lads - Jay, Charlie & Keith the fitters and Curt the plasterer, very friendly professional people. I certainly would not hesitate in recommending them and would definitely use their services if I required them again.

Wooden beam not properly installed, slight gap between it and the wall. Forgot part of our original order (tiles) even though it was written on the order we sent them and told us it hadn't been included in the original quote so it was going to cost us a lot more than originally quoted. Installed a TV hole but when we put the TV mount and TV up cracks started appearing so we had to take the plaster off and reinforce the wall ourselves to hold the TV.

We recently had a log burner installed we are so happy with it and would highly recommend this company. Keith and Mikey went above and beyond excellent workers. Thank you.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.
