Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Mike and Jay did a superb job installing our new log burner . They arrived before 9:00 and were finished by 2:45. Efficient and professional, they installed the log burner, cleaned up ( floors and furniture were all covered before under taking the work) and went through all the manufacturers information regarding the working and maintenance of the burner. I would highly recommend Centreline to anyone thinking about having a log burner.

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Fantastic service from beginning to end. Graham was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked into the showroom. He had great advice but wasn't pushy in any way and listened to what I was looking for, as well as about some potential issues with the gas pipes in the chimney breast. Getting booked in for fitting was straight forward and included everything from brickwork to the moving of gas pipes, taking away and clearing all the debris. Jay and Charlie arrived promptly on the day of fitting and were brilliant, working non stop! Everything was done to a really high standard and I won't hesitate to recommend Centreline Fires as the place to go. Thank you so much, it's exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly good value for money.

Andy and the lads arrived today to install our long awaited media wall. They did an amazing job, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and polite. They tidied and hoovered up after they had finished. We would definitely recommend Centreline. Graham and the staff in the showroom were also extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had to postpone several times due to the delay of the completion date of our property, however this wasn’t a problem. Excellent service all round.

From showroom to installers could not fault them even with us changing our minds Jamie the installer and his team where absolutely brilliant cleaned up made sure we where happy I'd give them 10 stars if I could Brilliant job well done 👍

Just had our 2 log burners fitted & completed today..excellent service from the showroom throughout..the fitters are true perfectionists..& work so hard..clean & tidy & a pleasure to have working in your house..absolutely made up & would highly recommend..
