Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Mike and Jay just finished installing two wood burners for our new home. Can’t recommend these guys enough, they were amazing! They talked us through every step of the installation and even though our house may have had a few unexpected properties they had a solution for every problem. I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Visited Centreline showroom which is very impressive. So much to choose from and all of a high standard. Staff were very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. Ordered media wall to be fitted which was completed to a high standard by a team who were very professional and friendly. Thanks to everyone for excellent service. Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. We have had our wood burner/media wall installed over the past 2 days, and we are absolutely over the moon! We couldn’t have asked for a better job. From start to finish Jamie and Adam the fitters were faultless! Hats off to the lads they cracked on hassle free! Very polite and easy to chat too. Any questions I asked they answered professionally. Then run me through the steps on how to heat cycle the fire at the end of the job. Well done to the pair of them! And Centreline for getting me booked in fast and easy as soon as they could.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Just had an Elgin and Hall Callios gas fire and white marble surround fitted. Fab fitters- neat, tidy and efficient. The sales team were lovely and patient with me and helped me choose the lovely fire. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

I had my log burner fitted today, from enquiry through to fitting I have received a friendly and reliable service from Grahame and the team. Andy and Mikey who fitted the fire took great care to ensure everything was fitted correctly, mess was cleaned up and that I was 100% happy with everything before leaving. I'm certain this is going to look really special once the room is decorated. I'd highly recommend this company and I would certainly use them again in future.
