I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

We recently chose Centreline Fires to install our first log burning stove and we couldn't be happier. From the initial contact with Graham who was pleasant & knowledgeable. To our installers Jamie & Adam who were professional, courteous and efficient. We're thrilled with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone. Bring on those cold winter evenings! I am not one for writing reviews, but I feel I need to write one for this company, we went to their showroom in Wallasey to have a look at the media walls, we did not feel hassled at all, Graham helped us with all the information we needed we felt relaxed and were happy with the price, Graham sorted everything for us so we didn't have to worry about anything, he made it so easy for us, the guys who fitted the media wall and plastered it were great and very clean and respectful, I am very happy with the end result and I would defiantly recommend this company to anybody looking to get a media wall done, Ask for Graham his is great :)

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend

I couldnt recommend Centreline any higher. One cold day we went out looking for a log burning stove. First showroom we went into was freezing, looked like a building site and didnt have a member of staff in sight. We walked round and left. Next stop was Centreline. We walked into the showroom to a roaring log fire, tastefully decorated and welcomed by a member of staff who gave us some ideas and left us to decide what we wanted. Half an hour later we bought the stove package we wanted and left with a fitting date 2 weeks later. The big day came, Mike and Jay turned up to fit the fire. They were extremely professional and polite and made the job look effortless despite the few hiccups they found along the way. This is how you run a business that delivers what you promise. Honestly if you are reading this review and thinking of buying a fire, don't waste your time going anywhere else, just get yourself down to Centreline Fires.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Fantastic from start to finish. Jamie and Adam were fabulous fitters. Friendly, helpful, tidy. Explained everything and how to use the stove. I can’t fault these guys. If I ever need another one I know where to go.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!
