Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Chris was really helpful in the showroom and the fitters Jamie and Adam were excellent and very helpful. The finish is perfect and couldn’t be happier! They also cleaned up brilliantly and answered any questions we had. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a log burner!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

After a lot of research, we ended up buying our fire from Centreline. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and very pleasant. We are delighted with our fire. These things are not cheap, so having people like Graham and Kevin to deal with & guide us through the minefield made it slightly less painful! The showroom is amazing, I would recommend them to anyone.

I visited the Centreline showroom a couple of weeks ago, looking to have a multi-fuel stove and hearth fitted. The showroom was one of the best I had visited. We spoke to Graham, who was great. He took us through the package options and was very helpful when it came to making our choice. Keith and Lewis (the fitters) arrived today and were amazing, they did an excellent job. I knew I was going to love it but I underestimated just how much. 😍❤️ They went above and beyond expectations and I'm over the moon with the finished product. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and I would 10 out of 10 highly recommend them. Thank you!

I purchased two fires and a beautiful surround. I couldn’t be happier. The quality is amazing. Graham is extremely knowledgeable and helpful he fully understood what I was looking for and what I wanted to achieve. The service from start to finish was fantastic. Highly recommended.
