Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

We have just had a multi fuel burning stove installed. Centreline had installed a gas fire for us a couple of years ago so we were happy to go back to them. Mike and Jay worked hard to open up an old fire place that must have been bricked up many years ago.They did a brilliant job installing the stove, taking care of our furnishings and removing all the bricks and rubble which they later took away. Mike was both helpful and informative on the workings of the stove which looks great. We are now looking forward to using it in the coming winter months.

Fantastic 5* experience from start to finish with Centreline Fires, from being shown the electric fire options by Graham in the show room to the media wall fit by Andy and his team and Travis and his team on electrical, plastering is superb by Mike and team who also offer Venetian plastering. I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

5* and more! From the time I first visited the showroom to the finished supply and fit, Centreline Fires were first class for customer advice, care and the final fitting. Kevin was very informative and patient whilst we decided which fire we would have (their showroom has such a fantastic selection). There was a small snag on the first fit when we realised that the existing liner needed replacing. Kevin and his team couldn’t do enough to assist, a liner was ordered and a second fit date arranged. Keith and James had the unenviable task of completing that fit today, it was not easy at all for them because of a concrete weight bearing joist blocking where the decorative pipe needed to go. They truly had the patience of a saint, and whilst trying to solve the problem, were constantly reassuring me that all would be good by the time they had finished. They did an amazing job and were a pleasure to have in our home. They took so much care over our carpets and furnishings and took all the boxes, old liner and bits of pipe with them when they left. They even put protective plates over our driveway for the cherry picker to sit on. They are a credit to the company. All the fitting checks and paperwork were handed to us, and they also register the work for you too. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Centreline Fires, and when our other fire gives up the ghost, we will definitely be returning. Thanks guys, we’re over the moon with our fire - we can chuck out our thermal underwear now!

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline
