Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Centreline Fires should be the first port of call for anyone wanting a stove installed. The Centreline Team expertly installed a fabulous stove in my home yesterday. The whole process was simple, efficient and very professional - from the advice (and humour) of Graham in the showroom, to the expert installation by Mike & James who did everything from clearing and preparing the existing fireplace, installing the flue and chimney pot, re-plastering the chimney breast and even cleaning up and removing all of the rubbish afterwards - all in just a few hours and without any fuss or drama! I had been to other shops for quotes and advice and was happy. I then kept seeing Centreline coming up in my social media a lot!! I took the trip over and from walking through the door I knew I was going to go through Centreline. The staff were amazing they knew exactly what I needed, other shops just told me I could have anything I wanted. These don’t, they looked at my photos and told me which fires are could have. I knew what I wanted and they were very good with pricing and advising me making sure I knew the extra cost of things. They came out a few weeks later and it was all done and dusted in two days. They fitters were great and very tidy. I am so happy with the result and must be the only person wanting cold weather!! I would highly recommend they were brilliant. All the way through the process.

requested a quote for installation of a specific gas fire but didn't go ahead, asked them to quote me again a couple of months later because they had a 10% off offer, they actually quoted me more strangely, their installation price increased to £450 from the original £195 and the fire i wanted had increased by exactly 10%. very dishonest tactics and will not be moving forward with them due to this.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline
