Installed within 2 weeks off ordering. Nothing was to much trouble for them the lads that installed the fire was first class as was the showroom staff would recommend 110%.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Jamie and Adam removed a gas fire for me and fitted a log burner - so happy with how it looks! The job wasn't straightforward as I wanted to keep the original solid marble surround - the lads were so careful and despite it being difficult managed to remove and reattach it with no damage. Friendly guys and they even cleaned up all the mess at the end of the day and left everywhere spotless. I received a heat proof glove and box of logs to get me started which was a nice touch. Lovely company, would recommend

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

So pleased that I went with centreline. Visited the showroom, spoke with Chris who went through all the options of having a multi burner, was really well informed. The team were easy to deal with on the phone when making the order and booking the job. Answered all the follow up questions I had. The guys who came to fit the fire, did an outstanding job, professional, hard working, tidied up, explained fire care and function afterwards. Thank you both so much. They patched and plastered the chimney breast on completion. It’s basically ready to decorate. I am so pleased everything met my expectations. The pictures may not do the fire place justice but it looks stunning and sets off the room, am stoked. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you Centreline team.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

We had a chimney breast and electric stove fitted yesterday by Jamie and his Dad. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a terrific job. They turned up on time worked consistently throughout the day and nothing was too much trouble for them. We love our new fire place and from start to finish centreline was a brilliant and professional company to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

Centreline have fitted 2 fires for us in our new house. The service from start to finish from Graham in the office to all of the fitting teams has been faultless. We’re thrilled with the finished products too and couldn’t recommend Centreline highly enough.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation.
