After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. The Centreline Team expertly installed a fabulous stove in my home yesterday. The whole process was simple, efficient and very professional - from the advice (and humour) of Graham in the showroom, to the expert installation by Mike & James who did everything from clearing and preparing the existing fireplace, installing the flue and chimney pot, re-plastering the chimney breast and even cleaning up and removing all of the rubbish afterwards - all in just a few hours and without any fuss or drama! The team were easy to deal with on the phone when making the order and booking the job. Answered all the follow up questions I had. They patched and plastered the chimney breast on completion. It’s basically ready to decorate. I am so pleased everything met my expectations.
