Verified Centreline Review Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Efficient and professional, they installed the log burner, cleaned up ( floors and furniture were all covered before under taking the work) and went through all the manufacturers information regarding the working and maintenance of the burner. I would highly recommend Centreline to anyone thinking about having a log burner.
