After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

See Google ReviewWooden beam not properly installed, slight gap between it and the wall. Forgot part of our original order (tiles) even though it was written on the order we sent them and told us it hadn't been included in the original quote so it was going to cost us a lot more than originally quoted. Installed a TV hole but when we put the TV mount and TV up cracks started appearing so we had to take the plaster off and reinforce the wall ourselves to hold the TV.
